It will be good to see him in a movie that will be released this year if all the rumours are right. It seems like a movie that he may be able to have a bit of fun with, after all the movie is about rampaging robots.

What we would all do to have a job where we could just go and enjoy and make the most out of what it has to offer. The dream job we all want and keep looking for.

New Movie for Adrian.

Some fantastic news was released today by adrianpaul.net about a new movie that Adrian will be appearing in. The movie is called "The Heavy" and will star Christopher Lee, Stephen Rea, Vinnie Jones and other well known stars from the UK. This is the role we have all wanted for Adrian. Something that will bring him to the attention of people in the UK and help to raise his profile.

Lets hope it will be a Theatre release and we will see Adrian on the bigscreen again very soon.

The new LOGO for Adrian Paul's website and Fanzone has been announced today.

The logo was sent in by CORKY LYNCH (original design on left) and was then adjusted slightly with different colors and a slight variation into the design below.

It is not long now until we all get to see and listen to Adrian once again. I have my ticket all ready for what will be a wonderful day l am sure. I have never been to one of Creations Cons so it should be interesting just to see how it is all run and it sure is a lot bigger than any l have ever been to.

I will be doing regular updates through out the weekend when l can, but l may be a little busy at times ;-)). Just keep checking back during the weekend and l will post a few new pics and some information about how it all went. It will be great to have a couple of days away.

Bill Panzer passes away.

I have found out some very sad news today. Bill Panzer, a great man has died suddenly after a fall. I was fortunate enough to be able to meet Bill and have a nice long chat with him at one stage. He was an absolute joy to talk to about many different subjects other than just Highlander. It is very sad that l will never have another opportunity to talk to him again.

9 Miles Down talk around town!!

Well there seems to be a few rumours going around at the moment that this movie may be about to start. Personally l will wait to hear it from the official sources. It will be great if this is true, as it looks like a great role for Adrian. Lets all keep our fingers crossed that we will hear something soon.

Little Chicago Showing in North Carolina

Little Chicago is playing for one night only in North Carolina on Tues 11th March at 8 p.m at The Garage, 100 W. Seventh St, Winston-Salem. As part of the "Films with a Twist" series. Admission is free, so all you lucky people that live within distance to this theatre enjoy. While the rest of us still live in hope of also seeing it one day very soon.

Motivating Sci-Fi for an interview with Adrian

A great idea from the APFC list of trying to get the SciFi channel to do an Interview with Adrian. Heres what they are doing, so lets all get in there and give them some help .

"I have an idea Since the SciFi channel is going to be showing "Lost Colony" at a time unknown at the moment. We have time to bombard them so to speak with emails and ask for an interview with Adrian.

After all what better way to showcase the movie but with an interview of the star.

Now this means sending emails once a week at least to get this done, because sending one now and then forgetting will not get them motivated. Well l think it is worth a try.

My first look at THE COLBYS

Yesterday my set of The Colbys DVD's arrived. I was finally going to get to see Adrian in his first TV role. He looks great in it and of course so young. I have only watched a couple of episodes so far but l must say it has surprised me. Considering Adrian had not had any acting work or lessons before this he comes across very relaxed and comfortable and does a fantastic job. And a bonus of this role is being able to watch him dance.

Now to find time to watch them all, but l must also say as good as he looked then he looks even better now. The man can really hold his age because you would not believe this was 20 years ago.

Adrians words about Directing Homeland

I have been over at adrianpaul.net reading the Directing pages. These are such wonderful pages to read. Adrian tells you in his own words his feelings about getting these episodes done.

First the Homeland page is wonderful to read, as it was Adrians first and therefore the most daunting possibly also. He gives a wondeful account of what he went through to get the episode finished and the problems that he faced and how he overcame them.

I especially liked how they overcame some problems while in Scotland, where they show how they are always thinking on their feet and a problem is not a problem just an opportunity.

Highlander The Source DVD

Well l was able to watch this movie yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie except for a few small parts, but considering this is not the Official movie l was pleasantly surprised and now eagerly awaiting the release of the "Real" movie. It is a shame that something that Adrian and others have put their heart and soul into putting out a great movie has been released this way. But l still think the Official movie when it is released is going to be great and well worth the wait.

Adrian has done a fantastic job where he once again takes us on a journey through the eyes of Duncan MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. You feel what he feels as he finds his way through the troubled city and then deciding what to do when his "wife" shows up also looking for "The Source" and his protective instincts show again.

All l can say is congrats to Adrian Paul on a great job once again.

An article appeared in the magazine Epizód in Hungary yesterday about a decorating TV Show that Adrian will appear in briefly. No air date as yet.

The reporter has been a fan of Adrian's for years, and it was an honour for him to be going to Adrian's house."The producer only told me at the last minute that we were heading to the home of Adrian Paul and his Hungarian girlfriend” – told us Szilárd. He was so embarrassed, that he forgot his text while filming. "Generally, I don’t slip up, but while working with Adrian Paul, it happened.”

We only had a couple of exterior days and one day we needed more people to be on a street scene. Where we were filming there was a bunch of little kids standing off to the side so now they are all in the movie! 10th Anniversary for "Revelations 6:8"

February is the 10th anniversary of the airing of Highlander's 100th episode: Revelations 6:8. A decade on it still stands firmly as one of Highlander's stand out episodes and what made this episode that much more special was that it was directed by Adrian himself.
